Reviewing your credit history on a regular basis is extremely important.  You should review your credit report at least once per year.  

Reviewing your credit report allows you to:

  • Identify potential identity theft
  • Review your personal payment history
  • Identify companies that have viewed your credit report

A credit report includes information on where you live, how you pay your bills, and whether you've been sued, arrested, or filed for bankruptcy.  This information is used to evaluate your application for credit.
